On Friday, February 7, 2026, the Caroline County Sheriff's Office served a criminal summons on Jeffery Welch, a 67 year-old male of Marydel, MD the summons charged him with one count of indecent exposure. It is alleged that on February 6, 2026 in 26000 block of Marydel Road, Marydel, MD  Mr. Welch while shoveling snow exposed his buttocks to his neighbor. The charges were applied for by the victim at the district court commissioners office. The criminal summons directed Mr. Welch when to appear in District Court.
