On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, a deputy of the Caroline County Sheriff's Office served an arrest warrant and temporary protective order on Adam Reed a 37 year-old male of Greensboro, MD.  The warrant charges Mr. Reed with 1 count of second degree assault and 1 count of stalking. It is alleged that the victim was assaulted by Mr. Reed a few days prior to this incident where the victim located a tracking device on her vehicle.
 
Mr. Reed was processed and seen by a District Court Commissioner and ordered held at the Caroline County Detention Center on no bond.
