On May 7, 2026, deputies from the Caroline County Sheriff's Office served an arrest warrant on Thomas Isaiah Howe, a 32-year-old male of Greensboro, MD. The warrant charges Mr. Howe with one count of fail to register as a sex offender.  This charge stems from Mr. Howe not reporting to his registration appointment on April 23, 2026, as required by law. 
Mr. Howe was processed and taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was ordered to be held on no bond. Mr. Howe was transported to the Caroline County Detention Center and transferred into their custody.
