SHOOTING INVESTIGATION IN FEDERALSBURG

Federalsburg, Maryland - On Tuesday November 11, 2025, the Caroline County Sheriff's Office, responded to a shooting in the 1000 block of Routzhan Lane. Upon arrival law enforcement found a 31-year-old male from Seaford, Delaware suffering from a gunshot wound to the righ leg. 

Deputies and Troopers from the Maryland State Police administered first aid until the arrival of Emergency Medical Services. The victim was subsequently airlifted to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland for further medical treatment. The victim is listed in critical but stable condition.
