On February 12, 2025, at approximately 3:40 PM, deputies from the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to 13263 Greensboro Road in Greensboro, Maryland, specifically the Save a Lot grocery store, in response to a shooting.
Investigators reviewed various surveillance videos and observed some type of incident occurring around a passenger vehicle in the corner of the parking lot. This incident resulted in one person fleeing the scene while another individual gave chase, firing rounds from a handgun. After the gunfire, the unknown suspect fled in a dark-colored passenger car heading North on Greensboro Road, while another individual walked away towards Whitelysburg Road. The subject that was being fired at was picked up a short distance from the incident location prior to law enforcement arriving.
This investigation is on-going and anyone with information or who can identify the individual in the provided photograph is urged to contact the Caroline County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division at 410-479-2515.
